Grape juice chemistry

We just finished the harvest of the West Catawba vineyard. Tomorrow we plan to harvest the Chambourcin in the Foundation vineyard and then go on to the Chambourcin in the MVEC vineyard.

The results of the juice analysis for the berry samples collected this morning are as follows:
