Hey Bear families! Whether you miss your student or good ol’ Springfield, Spring Family Day is the perfect reason to come on down! It is intentionally in the middle of the Spring semester to give students an opportunity to show families how much they are thriving and to offer a fun visit experience. 
On Saturday, April 22nd at 2pm, meet us at Hammons Field to watch the Bears throw, catch and run around in the shape of a diamond (otherwise known as baseball). You’ll definitely want to be a spectator in this showdown between Missouri State University and Wichita (is not a) State-sorry former Shockers, it’s just a fun slogan we like to say here at Missouri State. There will be popcorn, photo ops with Flat Boomer, and if you order tickets, you will get a t-shirt with each ticket ordered! You can register at https://www.missouristate.edu/bearsfamilies/SpringFamilyDay.htm or find it by typing in “Spring Family Day” in the search bar of the Missouri State homepage. On there will also be information on other events happening that day, as well.
Spring Family Day is a fun, relaxed way to come see your student, soak up the Springfield atmosphere and mingle with other Bear families!
