Tradition of the Month: Attend May Day

We have so many great traditions on campus and one of mine is May Day. The last Wednesday of classes is one of the biggest parties on campus. Student Activities Council takes over the North Mall to celebrate the end of the academic year. Tradition of the Month – Rappel Off the ROTC Tower

ROTC has been a program on Missouri State's campus for years. One aspect of ROTC is the rappelling tower located behind Forsythe (across from the Rec Center).  While students are unable to rappel throughout most of the year, there are a couple of times when the tower is open to all students. Tradition of the Month…Visit the Bear Claw

This month's tradition is the Bear Claw, or the Center for Learning and Writing. Located on the first floor of Meyer Library, it is an interactive space which offers tutoring, the Writing Center, the Absent Professor program and many more services.
