This initiative helps save valuable resources while ensuring reliable technology is on-hand exactly when it’s needed—whether for events, conferences, or to bridge the gap when primary equipment is under repair. Each unit will be pre-installed with commonly used software such as Office, VPN, and Zoom to support productivity.
