On Friday 23 October 2026 at 7pm, we will be making changes to the Argos folder structure. This change will simplify maintenance of our datablock and reporting library and make the distinction between production and test / working folders much more clear. This restructure will include the following:

  1. A new folder named Production will be created.
  2. All folders with the exception of Archive, Users, and Testing will be moved under Production folder. This means that the root folder will now contain only the following folders
  • Archive
  • Production
  • Testing
  • Users

What will be impacted:

Report paths will change for production reports since they will all be preceded by the “Production” folder. For example, if a report path was:

Student.Campus-wide Course.ODSPROD – Class List Report.Class List Report,

The new path will be:

Production.Student.Campus-wide Course.ODSPROD – Class List Report.Class List Report

What will not be impacted:

  1. Bear Intelligence and Bear Finance links will remain the same.
  2. Any other links that do not use the path will remain the same.
  3. AppMan APIs will remain the same.
  4. Web paged embedded reports will not be impacted.

You can check out the new folder structure using our test server at:
