It happens during the Steubenville St. Louis youth conference every year. The conference is so large and spread out all over campus, that the staff uses golf carts to move supplies and sometimes people from place to place. Often, the drivers are Catholic religious in full habits. If you’ve never seen a nun driving a golf cart across campus, or a group of 2800 people checking in for a conference all at about the same time, you’ll be in for something new this Friday.
Meanwhile, MSU debate camp continues through next week, and two groups of volleyball players will be with us on campus. The Junior High camp starts today, and the High School Camp comes in on Monday. Students from our CIS online Masters Program will be visiting campus starting Saturday. The Public Affairs Conference, bringing high school students together to explore community issues and meet with political and community leaders, also arrives on Saturday.
Rounding out this week, bring in the band! The Pride Bands Bands Alive! camps will check in on Monday, and Field Hockey Camp will take the field Monday through Friday as well.
