The COVID-19 Printing and Postal Services procedure takes effect Thursday, March 26, 2020 and remains in effect until further notice.

Printing and Postal Services will continue to support the University. With University operations altered due to the stay-at-home order, we want to ensure that all departments are aware of the options for receiving their necessary items.

Printing Services will continue to operate. Send orders through the online ordering system as usual. Delivery is still available for buildings that remain open. Please refer to Postal Services pick up instructions below for details.

Copy This and the Postal Contract station located in the PSU will remain closed through April 24.

Postal Services will continue to process outgoing mail and deliver mail to buildings. Please email PostalServices@MissouriState.edu to communicate modified hours and/or special instructions for delivery, to schedule pick up days and times, and to request holds on your mail. You can select one of the modified delivery options established to support social distancing:

1. Curbside pick-up: Email PostalServices@MissouriState.edu to schedule a pick up day (M-F) and approximate time (between 10am and 2pm) so that we will have your mail ready for you prior to your arrival. Park in a space next to the building designated “Printing and Postal Services” on the west side of the Plaster Center for Free Enterprise building located at 405 N Jefferson Avenue*, then call 837-2322 to inform us of your arrival. We will meet you at the gray double doors at the top of the ramp to give you your mail. * Please note that we are located on the Boonville side of the building, not Jefferson.
2. Building delivery: Postal Services will deliver/pickup to the usual mail room for each building. Email PostalServices@MissouriState.edu with any special instructions for delivery if your building is open or if we have access to your mail room.
3. Hold mail: Email PostalServices@MissouriState.edu if you would like your mail held until further notice.
