The Office of Student Financial Aid is hiring an information specialist to join our communications team.
The information specialist serves as the first face and voice to greet students, parents, and other families as they make inquiries regarding their financial aid eligibility and awards.
The information specialist provides general assistance, information, and guidance to our students with expert customer service, compassion, and a positive perspective.
The information specialist also assists in other administrative support services as needed.

The proposed hourly rate for this position is $15.
