Grape juice chemistry

I took a berry sample of the Cayuga White in the Foundation vineyard this morning right before the storm. It rained this morning but we picked the remaining Seyval blanc grapes after the storm passed. Kayla and Nicole took the remaining berry samples in the afternoon. The results of  the juice analysis for the sample is as follows:
