Apple Grafting Workshop

An Apple Grafting Workshop was held today at the Fruit Experiment Station.  This event was a collaboration with MSU, MU Extension and K-State Extension. Workshop Coordinators were Jennifer Morganthaler – MSU, Patrick Byers, Kelley McGowan, Tamra Reall – MU, and Zachary Hoppenstedt, K-State.  The workshop included a presentation on different types of grafting as well as demonstrations. Attendees then selected two types of apple trees to graft with the guidance of the workshop coordinators.
