The Spring 2014 Restaurant Management class (Carrie’s) chose to be Hospitality Champions! Each semester, the Carrie’s students pool their tips earned during café service and celebrate their success with a nice meal at an upscale restaurant. This class however chose to pay it forward. They opted for a stream-lined celebration, so they could donate the majority of their earned tips to support future HRA students. They made a donation to the HRA Champions Fund and challenge past and subsequent Carrie’s classes to do the same. Their vision and generosity shows them to be true hospitality champions!
