Are you saving enough for retirement? While the University provides significant benefits with defined benefit pension plans, there are additional ways for you to save. Think about using those new funds to start contributing to or increasing your contributions to the Deferred compensation 403b and/or 457b plans.
Saving for your child’s education? In addition to the credit fee waiver benefit, Employees may participate in a voluntary section 529 savings program designed to help employees save for the cost of higher Education. MOST (Missouri Saving for Tuition) allows employees to set aside money for qualified higher education expenses. Enrollment kits available in the HR office.
