Virtual Benefits Fair:
Fair will be available until December 1. Visit the fair.

Wellness Incentive:
You can save up to $30 monthly on premiums by completing wellness activities by December 1:

• “Did You Know 2.0” Video: $15 discount for completion.
• Flu Vaccination: $15 discount if vaccinated by December 1. Vaccinations completed outside of Magers must be uploaded to Magers; please check your patient profile to verify completion.
• Biometric Screening: $15 discount if completed by December 1. Screenings completed outside of Magers must be uploaded to Magers; please check your patient profile to verify completion.
• Maximum incentive discount is $30 per month by completing any two activities, and all three are encouraged for optimal health benefits.
