Effective immediately, the Mercy On Call line is updating its after-hours process to improve your experience.
Instead of being placed on hold, callers will now be directed to leave a voicemail with their name and date of birth. An on-call nurse will return the call within 5β7 minutes, after logging into Epic and reviewing the patientβs chart.
This change is designed to:
β Reduce hold times
β Give nurses quick access to your medical history
β Improve the quality and efficiency of the support you receive
