Updated Point·C Portal Instructions: New Medical/Dental ID Cards Available

January 27, 2026 by Deidre Mings

New ID cards are mailing this week and available in the portal—be sure to use the correct login path

We’ve identified an important update regarding access to the Point·C member portal and want to share revised instructions to help avoid confusion.

New Point·C ID cards are scheduled to be mailed this week and will also be available in the member portal for viewing and printing once posted.

To access the correct portal, it is essential to select the “Health” option directly from the landing page. This ensures you are routed to the appropriate member  portal.  (When navigating the Point C website, selecting “Clients” and then “Members” from the dropdown menu may direct users to an incorrect login screen.)

At the time, Point·C  was not aware that the dropdown link did not connect to the official portals. Based on this discovery, Point·C has revised the portal access memo to clearly reflect that the landing page selection—not the dropdown menu—should be used for logging in.

You may also notice that the website layout differs from what was shown on the original handout. This appears to have been an intentional change to reduce confusion between different Point·C portals.

Looking ahead, Point·C anticipates migrating claims history into new member and employer portals later this summer. At that time, the dropdown link will direct users correctly, and the landing page hyperlink will be updated accordingly. This transition may require new user logins for members.

We’ll continue to share updates as Point·C closer to the migration to help ensure a smooth transition for everyone.
