Organizational and Talent Development (OTD) is offering a fall 2026 session of MSU LEAD – Lead Others: The Supervisor Series.
Designed for supervisors who complete an ADP for at least one direct report, this series features timely, relevant content tailored specifically for MSU supervisors. Join colleagues from across the university to strengthen your leadership skills, expand your network and gain practical tools to help you lead effectively at MSU.

| November 12 | Decision Dynamics | 8:00 am – 12:30 pm |
| November 20 | Emotional Intelligence | 8:00 am – 12:30 pm |
| December 4 | Ethics and Conflict Resolution | 8:00 am – 12:30 pm |
| December 10 | The Effective Leader | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm |
The series includes 42 contact hours of blended in-person and online programming, along with opportunities to meet, network and collaborate with other MSU supervisors.
***New this semester: Participants may also pursue 3 hours of graduate-level credit.***
