Open Enrollment Begins November 1

Open Enrollment for 2027 benefits begins Sunday, November 1, and runs through December 1. This is your opportunity to review your benefit options and make elections for the upcoming plan year.

The Virtual Benefit Fair and 2027 Wellness Incentive Course will also launch on Monday, November 2.

• Virtual Benefit Fair: Watch for an email invitation from Airbo, our virtual fair vendor. The fair will provide convenient access to benefit information and resources.
• Wellness Incentive Course: The course will be assigned through My Learning Connection for easy access. Although it will appear as an assignment, it is not mandatory unless you are completing it to qualify for the wellness incentive.

Earn Your 2027 Wellness Incentive

You can earn a $30 monthly medical premium incentive for 2027 by completing two of the following three qualifying wellness activities:

• Complete the wellness incentive course.
• Receive a flu shot.
• Complete a biometric screening.

Flu vaccinations and Biometric screenings completed through another provider or Mercy (including on campus screenings)  must be supported by documentation submitted to Magers so your medical record can be updated and your activity credited. MagersMedicalRecords@MissouriState.edu. Emails should include “BIOMETRICS” and/ or “Flu Shot” in the subject line.

Don’t wait to schedule your screening. Take advantage of these additional appointments and complete your qualifying activities by the December 1 deadline. Be sure to review your benefit options during Open Enrollment and explore the Virtual Benefit Fair when it launches.
