Position Overview: Marketing/Videography Assistant (part-time)

Position Description

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for social media, video production, and design? Do you love the idea of helping loan officers and real estate agents grow their businesses through engaging and trendy content? If so, we are looking for YOU to join our fun, dynamic team! As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of content creation, strategy, and design, helping to bring big ideas to life. You’ll work closely with our loan officers and real estate agents to create eye-catching, engaging content that connects with their audiences across social media platforms and beyond. What You’ll Do Content Creation: Brainstorm and create unique, engaging content for social media, including reels, TikToks, and posts. Videography Services: Record and edit high-quality video content for promotional and educational purposes. Design: Use Canva to create stunning graphics, logos, flyers, mailers, and other print marketing materials. Social Media Management: Stay ahead of social media trends and implement strategies to grow engagement and followers. Collaboration: Work with loan officers and real estate agents to understand their needs and tailor content to fit their brand. Trend Spotting: Research and implement new strategies to keep our marketing efforts fresh and innovative. What We’re Looking For Creative Skills: Strong experience with video editing tools and Canva. Tech Savvy: A solid understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Detail-oriented: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Passion for Learning: Eager to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and strategies in the marketing space. Required Qualifications

– know how to create engaging videos for social media

– use of video editing apps like CapCut or PremierePro

– knowledge of using Canva for graphic design

– knowledge of social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)

– knowledge of posting content to social media platforms

Duties and Responsibilities 

– help with video content creation

– help with video shoots/photo shoots for headshots

– brainstorm different marketing strategies for different Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents 

– help with making print marketing materials (open house flyers, mailers, etc.)

Internship Location: Springfield, MO

Weekly Hours: Part-time

Start Date: 4/21/25

End Date: 4/21/26

Pay: TBD – will be based on skills and prior experience
