On Thursday, 4 October, our Judaism and World Religions scholar, Dr. Julia Watts Belser, will be giving a lecture at Brandeis University titled, “Brides and Blemishes: Queering Women’s Disability in the Babylonian Talmud.” Brandeis is the alma mater of both the CHPA Dean, Victor Matthews, and REL Professor and former Department Head, Jim Moyer.
