Why does the human brain seem to be “wired” for spirituality, yet deeply resistant to it? How does brain science help us understand the nature our painful, fitful desire for the spiritual? Join neuropsychiatrist and psychotherapist Daniel Morehead for an experiential and scientifically informed look at these universal human issues.

Dr. Daniel Morehead is a psychiatrist in clinical practice in Austin, Texas. He is supervising psychiatrist at the Samaritan Center for Pastoral Counseling, and has served as associate faculty member at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is board certified in General Psychiatry and Neuropsychiatry, and maintains interests in brain science, psychotherapy, and spirituality.
