Religious Studies professors at Missouri State are always happy to visit community organizations to share their expertise in a variety of religions, the cultures and historical contexts from which religions emerge, the people who practice these religions, and the affects of religions on society and the world.
Dr. Matthew Kuiper, Religious Studies Assistant Professor of Islam, spoke at the Springfield Kiwanis Club lunch/meeting last week about the opportunities and challenges of Muslim-Christian Relations. Religious Studies Graduate Assistant, Jonathan Bowman, accompanied Dr. Kuiper and shared his thoughts, as well.
