I did some research on the ways to get around within Bhutan. Taxis seem to be the most popular option for any tourists as they will know how to best deal with the ever-changing environment. Dochu La Pass is relatively close to Thimphu and it apparently provides you with a spectacular 3150 meter view of a mountain pass. As a traveler I've always liked finding unique and special places where "Westerners" aren't all gathered at. While browsing around online I stumbled across this place, Phu Quoc Island.
