I did some research on the Tiger’s Nest Monastery aka Paro Taktsang. Before enrolling in this program I didn’t know or even hear about this place. Pho Kho Gia Lai, which is a concoction of noodles, rice, and beef. Its widely considered to be Vietnam's national dish and is very easy to find through out the country.
