I am so tired right now. My legs are hurting from yesterday and I find myself seeking out little piece of quiet whenever I can. Today was more of shopping day then sightseeing. Today was non-stop adventure. First thing this morning we drove to Mt Popa. I along the way we stop at a small sugar palm farm where they made gorgeous sweets and palm wine. Wine might be a slight misrepresentation, the stuff is 40 proof. The farmers brought us pickled tea leaves and peanuts. I think the the pickled tea leave might be a acquired taste. Today we flew to Bagan. This is the part of the trip I have been most looking forward to. It did not disappoint. I do not think words quite give this place justice. First day in Myanmar we visited a temple and had a business visit. In the morning, we visit the Shwedagon Pagoda, which is the most sacred Buddhist pagoda in Myanmar.
