It’s all true: Einstein Bros. Bagels is coming to Missouri State University.
The Missouri State College of Business will hold a soft opening for the bagel-based restaurant Aug. 16.
A grand opening is expected Aug. 20, the day classes start in the fall.
Einstein’s will be part of the newly renovated Glass Hall full-service cafe, located on the bottom floor of the building.
The bagel shop serves not only bagels but breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, coffee and more.
Glass Hall is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Glass Hall is closed on weekends.
This will be the third Einstein’s location in Springfield once completed. The other two are located at:
- 1933 S. National Ave.
- 4430 S. Campbell Ave., Suite A
