Now that everyone has had Opening Weekend is starting to settle in we’re ready here at the eBulletin to keep you informed about upcoming events.
Here’s what’s going on in the PSU and around campus:
Bear Fit Free Introductory Week continues now through Friday, August 26th. Register your BearFit pass after free week. Go to the Campus Recreation site and click Register here.
Tonight come to the PSU Theater at 9 PM and catch the SAC Weekly Film: Bridesmaids. Free to students. Also plays Sunday, August 28th. Check out our preview.
On Thursday, August 25th visit the PSU North Mall to celebrate the new year carnival style at SAC After Hours Presents: The Carnival!
The full week of SAC events continues August 26th with the SAC Mixer at 7:30 – 10:30 PM at the PSU Level 1 Game Center. Get information on how to get involved with SAC and bowl for free in the process.
Come get your first taste of MSU Athletics at the Plaster Sports Complex Saturday, August 27th at 7 PM as Men’s soccer hosts Belmont.
Tuesday, August 30th at 4 PM come PSU room 313 for the first SAC All Council Meeting of the year and get involved with SAC and help determine what events student involvement fees are spent on.
Follow up the previous weeks showing of Bridesmaids with the SAC Weekly Film: The Hangover II. This one follows the guys to Thailand for Stu’s wedding, where everything goes seriously awry. Thursday, September 1st watch as the Bears Men’s Soccer hosts Tulsa at Plaster Sports Complex at 7 PM.
After the game come up to the PSU Food Court for SAC After Hours Presents: DVD Bingo! and play for chances to win free DVDs. Event starts at 9 PM.
Miss the game on Thursday? Check out the Women’s Soccer at the Plaster Student Complex on Friday, September 2nd at 7 PM.
The Bears may not be home, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t root for the Football Bears as they take on Arkansas in the season opener at 8:11 PM on Saturday, September 3rd.
Then use the long weekend to rest up after all the excitement of the first couple weeks and knock this semester out of the park!
