The Counseling Center will present additional sessions of “Managing Stress During COVID-19” – an interactive program via Zoom. The presentation will help individuals identify sources of stress, better understand how their bodies respond to stress, and develop additional coping strategies. All workshops are identical, so join the one that best fits your schedule. Workshops will be closed to additional participants once attendance reaches 25 participants.
