“Gentle” is the theme in this Hatha Yoga Class. Stillness, mindfulness of breath, stretching and alignment all support your practice in this beginner level class that has a therapeutic feel. Yoga has shown many benefits for mental and physical health and can be a great way to tune in and to promote self-care in our busy world. The class instructor is Rhonda Lesley, RYT-200, LVCYT.
