Employees whose jobs were to become classified as Professional Nonexempt submitted their exempt leave report for November around Nov. 15. Leave taken from Nov. 16-30 needs to be reported to Human Resources by other means:
- Please check the leave you reported on your Nov. 16–Dec. 15 timesheet by Dec. 8,
- Print this calendar and enter the type of leave used and number of hours of leave on the day it occurred.
- Send completed calendar to human resources by Dec. 15, 2016.
