Project HEAL which stands for help, educate, advocate and listen, is a coordinated community approach to reduce sexual assault, dating or domestic violence, and stalking. Project Heal strives to improve campus prevention, response, and training through appropriate policy and procedure adoption, inter-departmental collaboration and cooperation, and by developing intentional dialogue opportunities for students, staff, and faculty.
As a reminder, crisis support is also offered through our Mercy (EAP), which is free to University employees (both full and part time), 800-413-8008 # 2.

Employees (whether full-time or part-time) who themselves have been the victim of domestic or sexual violence, or who have a family or household member who has been the victim of domestic or sexual violence, are provided with unpaid leave in accordance with the requirements of Mo. Rev. Stat. § 285.630. See policy 7.21 for further information.
