Mercy and Med-pay: understand your medical billing and claims processing information.

Med-pay, the Universities third party administrator for medical claims, and Mercy’s billing department have time set aside monthly to assist employees with claims and billing questions. Meetings are scheduled on an as needed basis and are provided in a virtual setting.
