About the benefit
Missouri State University provides full-time employee with a Noncredit Course Fee Waiver (NCFW) benefit of $150 (in the form of Training Units) per fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). These funds may be used to pay for wellness, personal development, or professional development noncredit courses offered through My Learning Connection.
Note: Any unused funds will be lost when new Training Units are loaded each year, so be sure to use them before June 30!
How to use the benefit
- Register for paid events through My Learning Connection.
- To use NCFW funds, select “Training Unit (Key Code)” as your payment method at checkout.
- Your Training Unit Key Code is the current two-digit fiscal year + your M#
- Example: 24M12345678
- Note: If you don’t have sufficient Training Units to cover the full cost of the event, any remaining cost will be processed as an Invoice to your university account.
