All supervisors who have employees with a last hire date of September 30, 2025, or earlier should receive an email message on September 2, 2025, from HRPerformance@missouristate.edu that provides them information about initiating the new 2025 Annual Planning Process for fulltime staff. The message will include a list of their employees who are included in the 2025 Performance Review cycle. Supervisors should initiate their planning documents by November 30, 2025, in the new Performance module located in the My Learning Connection system.

There are virtual HR Live training sessions available for registration through My Learning Connection, search under “adp” or “supervisor” to locate and register for a time. The sessions are for both supervisors and employees to learn more about the new system and process.
