Open Enrollment Ends Today – December 1, 2025

Today is the final day of Open Enrollment! This is your annual opportunity to review and update your benefits to ensure they meet your needs for the upcoming year. Remember, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) require enrollment each year and are managed separately from other benefits.

Missouri State University’s 2025 Virtual Benefits Fair, powered by Airbo, is your one-stop resource to explore your benefits and Open Enrollment options in a fun, easy-to-navigate format.

2025 Sponsors:
  • Educational Community Credit Union – Financial wellness resources

  • Corebridge Financial – Approved 403(b) Retirement asset manager

  • TIAA – CURP plan asset manager and Approved 403(b) Retirement asset manager

Participate in wellness activities to save on your insurance premiums:

  • Educational “Did You Know: Fresh Facts” Video – Complete by Dec. 1 for a $15 monthly discount

  • Seasonal Flu Vaccination – Get vaccinated between Aug. 1 – Dec. 1 for a $15 monthly discount. Submit documentation via email to MagersMedicalRecords@MissouriState.edu if done outside Magers Health (include “FLU Vaccination” in the subject line)

  • Biometric Screening – Complete by Dec. 1 for a $15 monthly discount. Submit documentation via email to MagersMedicalRecords@MissouriState.edu if done outside Magers Health (include “biometric screening” in the subject line)

Each employee can earn up to $30 per month by completing any two activities. Completing all three is encouraged for maximum health benefits.

How to Complete Open Enrollment

Electronically:

  1. Log in to My Missouri State

  2. Search “benefits”

  3. On the Benefits Card, select Online Benefits Enrollment

By Phone:

Flexible Spending Enrollment:
