The deadline to submit a fee waiver for the Fall 2025 semester is December 11, 2025.

Full-time regular employees are eligible to enroll at Missouri State University for up to 15 credit hours of college-level courses per academic year (a 12-month period beginning with the fall semester) and have their required student fees paid by the university.

The Credit Course Fee Waiver benefit may also be transferred to eligible dependents, and up to 7.5 credit hours of the waiver may be used toward tuition at Greenwood Laboratory School.

If you still need to submit a fee waiver, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the My Missouri State Portal

2. Click on the main menu

3. Search for “fee waiver benefit”

4. Select the Credit Fee Waiver Request link
