The new Point•C Member Portal and Mobile App Luanched.

The launch of the new Point•C Member Portal was delayed from the original August 1 target date. Thank you for your patience while Point•C completed the necessary updates and testing.

Today, August 18, 2026, Missouri State University health plan members can register for the new portal and mobile app, providing a convenient way to access and manage health plan information.

What Can You Do with the New Portal?

Once registered, you can:

• View your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Access medical claims and benefit information
• View and print your member ID card
• Track your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum
• Check the status of claims
• View plan documents
• Access secure messages and account activity

Getting Started

Because this is a new portal, all members will need to register as a new user, even if you previously had a Point•C online account.

To register:

1. Visit the Point•C Member Portal.
2. Select Register Now.
3. Complete the registration form using your personal information.
4. Verify your identity using either your Member ID number or Social Security number (entered without dashes).
5. Create your username and password.

Once registered, you can access the portal online or download the Point•C Health mobile app from your device’s app store.
