Senior Supply Chain and Operations Management student Alex Boutin was recently awarded the Kansas City Center of Supply Chain Management Professionals Roundtable Scholarship (KC CSCMP). In addition to pursuing a bachelor’s degree, Alex is also working toward a Master of Business Administration while actively competing as a member of the Missouri State Swim Team. Despite a demanding schedule that involves balancing undergraduate and graduate coursework along with athletics, Alex has impressively maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA.
This scholarship recognizes not just Alex’s academic achievements but also his broader commitment to excelling in supply chain management. As a scholarship recipient, Alex will receive $1,000 to support his educational expenses for the Spring 2025 semester.
The KC CSCMP Heartland Roundtable awards scholarships to applicants majoring or minoring in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or related program. Open to all students taking a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester, with at least one year of study remaining and a preferred cumulative 3.0 GPA. Having work experience, including internships, is also preferred.
