Ageless Grace
A cutting-edge brain fitness program based on neuroplasticity that involves all 5 areas of the brain – analytical, strategic, kinesthetic learning, memory/recall, creativity and imagination – and simultaneously addresses all 21 physical skills needed for lifelong optimal function.  This exercise will help you to remain strong as you age, flexible to reach those high shelves and sharp for dealing with those youngsters around you.

Mat Pilates
A total body conditioning exercise that combines flexibility and strength development, Pilates is method of controlled movements that look and feel like a workout. The practice of Pilates focuses on alignment and functionality of the human body. Its goal is to create a strong core to help with balance, coordination, flexibility and strength.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a remarkably potent workout for people of all ages and physical fitness levels. Tai Chi concentrates on strengthening the central nervous system, and on harmonizing muscles and blood flow to the heart, which in turn allows a greater amount of oxygen to be available for consumption. This circulation is beneficial to the heart as it prevents many diseases of the heart and the viscera and inflexibility of the cardiac muscle.

Yin Fusion Yoga
Yin Fusion is a great class for all levels, especially beginners.  The class will encompass a gentle deep stretch, followed by balance and strength building poses, ending with a supported restorative practice. Practice develops body awareness, strength, balance, flexibility and focus.  Props such as yoga mats, blocks, and straps will be available for use.  Participants are also encouraged to bring a water bottle for hydration and dress comfortably.

Downtown Yoga
Learn how to practice yoga with attention to body, mind and spirit.  All fitness levels are welcome.  Mats and equipment are provided, but feel free to bring your own.  Classes are great for beginners, with challenging poses for the Advanced.  Please talk to the instructor before the session begins if you have any health issues, this will allow the instructor to provide modifications for certain positions.
