Diabetes Detective: Using your blood sugar monitor to solve diabetes problems

Our Diabetes Workshops are FREE sessions for anyone with diabetes and prediabetes or anyone else who has a special interest in diabetes such as a caregiver or a family member of someone with diabetes. Each 1-hour session will include a variety topics presented with PowerPoint presentations, guest speakers, in-class demonstrations and hands-on activities. A personalized diabetic-friendly lunch will be provided at each session.

Registration for all sessions is required.

We will discuss when to test blood sugar and what is the desired result. You will learn how to make changes in your diet, exercise, and stress management routines to achieve better results. If you have diabetes and enjoy a good mystery, this class is for YOU!

– Login at My Missouri State.
