Recent media production grad takes job at ESPN

College of Arts and Letters alumnus Adam Egan recently accepted a position as an associate operator at ESPN Inc.’s studio location in Bristol, Connecticut. The spring 2014 media, journalism and film graduate was hired by the Walt Disney Company, who owns ESPN Inc., for a two-year program that will involve three 8-month rotations in various areas of training in the control room, master control room, camera studio and editing. Egan, who majored in media production with a certificate in screenwriting, will begin his post Sept. 22, 2014.
