Board of Governors elects new officers for 2025

The Missouri State University Board of Governors elected new officers during its regular meeting Oct. 18. Tim Francka, Bolivar, was elected chair. Dr. Melissa Gourley, Mountain Grove, was elected vice chair. Francka is the administrative director of long-term care for Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation. Come to the inauguration of Missouri State’s 12th president

Missouri State University will celebrate the inauguration of its 12th president, Dr. Richard B. Williams at 4 p.m. Oct. 17. Missouri State University sets new enrollment records

Missouri State University in Springfield set a new enrollment record this fall with 25,038 students enrolled on census day, Sept. 23. The Missouri State system, which also includes Missouri State University-West Plains, also set a new record with 26,874 enrolled at the two campuses.
