On Saturday August 6, 2016, the Information Services division will be performing upgrades to Banner, the core databases and network infrastructure between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 11:59 p.m.
During these upgrades, the university’s information systems and many network services including, the My Missouri State portal, Banner, and most other software will be unavailable. Some Internet and telephone outages may occur, but are not expected.
These upgrades are necessary to provide reliable and secure services to the university community and are scheduled for times when the disruption to the university community can be minimized. Departments and users are encouraged to plan accordingly and not expect access to the university’s information systems and networks during the upgrade period.
