Gaining much deserved recognition at Missouri State University’s annual STAR Awards ceremony on April 22 this year was a College of Business faculty member and group of students.
Hosted by the office of student engagement, the STAR Awards ceremony honors outstanding student leaders, organizations and advisors nominated by students, faculty, staff and organizations. Since it began in 1996, it has recognized more than 350 recipients at Missouri State.
Outstanding advisor and distinguished merit

“I am grateful that the office of student engagement organized this annual event to recognize the dedication and services invested by the students and advisors,” Pham said.
“I am also very touched to have a great team of FBLA members who nominated me for in this category. Their belief in me and my work is a tremendous source of motivation.”
Pham’s recognition is a testament to her deep commitment and mentorship within the FBLA Collegiate.
The MSU FBLA Collegiate also earned the Distinguished Merit Award (honorable mention) for being an outstanding organization of the year.
