Med-Pay, your Health Plan’s third party administrator, provides online access to your medical claims history at www.Med-Pay.com. Just go to the top right corner and select Member Login.

Some features available on the site are:

• You have access to your claims information 24/7
• You can access your claims from January 2018 to current
• View your deductibles and coinsurance
• Find in-network providers
• Order new ID cards
• Spouses and dependents (over the age of 18) who are covered under the plan can create their own accounts.
