If you or your family/dependents are enrolled in the University’s Dental plan have your scheduled your preventative service? To schedule with a participating dental provider visit the Connection Dental network, where you can receive a discount.

Services Covered Include

• Type I – Preventative Services, paid at 80 percent with no deductible
• Type II – Basic Restorative Services, are paid at 80 percent with a $50 deductible
• Type III – Major Restorative and Prosthodontics Services, are paid 50% with a $50 deductible
• Type IV – Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ), paid at 50% with $50 deductible

If you obtain services from a participating dentist in the Connection Dental Network, you will receive a discount. You may still use any dentist you choose, but using network dentists normally save you money!
