Missouri State University’s Open Enrollment period will be November 1, 2020 through December 1, 2020.

What is Open Enrollment?

Open enrollment allows you to enroll, make changes or drop coverage related to individual or family member plans. Failure to take action, confirm your existing benefits or make changes by 11:59 p.m. on December 1, 2020, will result in a rollover of your previous coverage.

Once elections or changes have been made, no changes can be made during the year unless they are due to a qualifying, life changing event, e.g., marriage, divorce, birth, etc.

How can Human Resources help?

We will host computer lab sessions for employees who lack computer access or have questions for an HR representative. During this time, you can access the benefits platform, review elections and make changes.

Sessions will be located in Cheek Hall, Room 100 on:

• November 4: 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.
• November 4: 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
• November 11: 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.
• November 11: 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
• November 18: 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.
• November 18: 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
