The 2021 Annual ADP cycle starts October 1, 2021, with completion by January 31, 2022.  Supervisors have access to their 2021 Planning Documents for their current employees through their Supervisor Dashboard.  The dashboard is located under their Work Resources tab in the My Missouri State portal.  The Planning Document must have at least one (1) goal listed for the employee to start the Appraisal process.

Supervisors will be able to generate their 2021 Appraisal Documents to start their evaluations upon receiving an email notification on October 1st.  All FT employees hired prior to April 1, 2021, should receive a 2021 Annual Appraisal.  Help Guides and information about the Supervisor Dashboard and ADP process are available online.  Virtual training sessions are also available for registration through My Learning Connection.
