Featured New Course: Managing Conflict
Conflict is a part of our everyday lives, within both personal and professional contexts. Yet, when not properly handled, these conflict exchanges can lead to dissatisfaction and tense communication. Fortunately, understanding our own conflict behaviors can enable us to have more productive and successful interactions. This session will provide a foundation for understanding conflict processes and resolution techniques at home and in the workplace.
