A HR Live Session is scheduled for Apr 23 @2:30 – 3:30pm in support of the ADP Planning process for 2024.  Please register online through My Learning Connection to attend, the session is 1 hour in length and is provided via Zoom. The training is titled, HR Live Session – ADP Process: Setting Goals and Evaluating Employee Performance.

The current 2023 Annual ADP cycle for evaluating your employees ended on Jan 31, 2024.  Supervisors should have completed their goal setting with their employees utilizing the 2024 Planning document.  Learn more about how to develop goal statements and ways to monitor progress throughout the rating year with your team.

This training session supports both the Annual and Probationary processes for employee ADPs. Help guides and information about the ADP Dashboard and process are available online.
