Missouri State offers 403(b) and 457(b) retirement savings options to help both full- and part-time employees reach their retirement goals. These voluntary savings plans are a great way to invest for your future, in addition to the university’s core retirement plans:

  • MOSERS  provides a pension benefit that offers stable, predictable income in retirement—helping protect against market volatility.
  • CURP is an individual retirement plan, but faculty employees become eligible to transfer to MOSERS after six years of service.
